Stephen Mulhall

Group Finance Director

Stephen joined the group in 1996 and was appointed Finance Director in 2004. He is a core member of the Executive Management Team contributing to strategic development of the property business and formulating investment strategy for the group. Stephen is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the C.P.A Ireland. He is responsible for overseeing financial management of both the property business and larger group. He has extensive property investment experience and has successfully modernised both the finance and IT functions. He has introduced Fit for Purpose Financial Reporting and manages the banking relationships with all pillar banks, successfully securing financing for both investment and development projects when required.

EDUCATION AND MEMBERSHIPS:

Member of the C.P.A Ireland with an MSc in Management Practice.
